Question Random Freezes and DXGI errors?
Occasional freezes happen while playing Genshin Impact, this has never occurred before. The screen freezes completely but the background music continues to play. Later, I encountered dxgi errors while playing Apex Legends. I checked and fixed the games, reinstalled them, adjusted the registry, but nothing resolved the issue.
