You're using a WD SSD and are currently on Windows 11 24h2, right? These symptoms match what I've seen before. Rolling back to 23h2 resolved the issue for me.
There are additional reports available as well, along with a registry adjustment you might try.

I appreciate your help, Elias!
How can I revert this change? Or where can I find the Windows version?
I’ve read a report about people with WD SSD SN580 experiencing similar issues (Blue Screen Critical_process_died). Thank you for the information!
On the Microsoft Forum, someone mentioned it could be related to my PSU — specifically an EVGA GQ 850W ATX 2.3 that’s outdated. Could this be the cause?
When the PC starts up and doesn’t show a blue screen very often, I only see one at the beginning (Login Screen) or shortly after (like 1 to 3 minutes later) when trying to open something.
However, I’ve also been able to run for several hours or let the computer operate continuously without encountering a bluescreen.
