I built my PC Last year (I think) and have had nothing but problems started off with random crashes during game play and when sat idle and various other things. As it was new I sent off the motherboard and the processor,(as directed) turned out processor was faulty MB was fine. Had other issues including not updating, bios wouldn't update plus a suite of other issues. Long story shirt I managed to work through and fix it. I did multiple resets system restores, new windows key, complete factory resets. New SDD and RAM. Now my PC crashes/freezes when loading into a game. I can usually get some time to play the game but eventually it will freeze. Everything will freeze even to the point CTRL ALT Delete wont work, I have force shut down. I usually play COD and Path of exile. Game play is fine on high spec, but loading in and out of maps or games and it crashes. I'm getting quite frustrated as its relatively new, and I have done everything other threads to try . I can not pin point the issue, event logger isn't great, i have errors that say secure boot drive isn't enabled despite multiple tries to enable, also some errors come out as The Secure Boot update failed to update a Secure Boot variable with error The parameter is incorrect. All updates are installed for CPU and GPU and general windows
