I've been dealing with this issue since purchasing the PC six months ago. Whenever I play tough games, the fans spin at full speed and the screen suddenly goes black—especially during high-intensity moments. Occasionally, the display fails to appear or takes a long time to load when the system starts up (though I'm certain it did boot). To cope, I've limited the frame rate to avoid overloading the system. I don't believe this is related to overheating.

Hardware Details:
- GPU: INNOX3D RTX 5070 TWIN X2
- Processor: 9700X
- Cooler: Thermalright PA120 SE ARGB
- Motherboard: MSI X870 Gaming Plus Wi-Fi
- RAM: Patriot Viper 7000MHz CL32 (2X16) 32GB
- SSD: 990 PRO
- Case: 3000D RGB Airflow
- PSU: Vita 850GM
- Monitor: MSI MAG 256F (with Paugge DP1.2)
- OS: Windows 11 Pro 26200.7171
- Package: 1000.26100.265.0
- GPU Driver: 581.94
- BIOS: 2.A53

Some games I've encountered problems with:
• Silent Hill f
• The Last of Us Part II Remastered
• Call of Duty Black Ops 6
• Metal Gear Solid ∆: Snake Eater
• Final Fantasy XVI & VII Remake Intergrade

What I've attempted:
• Reinserting the GPU cable
• Running a clean install using DDU
• Updating drivers to older versions
• Using an HDMI cable
• Changing the monitor from 10-bit to 8-bit
• Setting refresh rate to 120Hz
• Turning off XMP
• Disabling PBO
• Lowering performance limits via the Nvidia App
• Updating GPU firmware
• Disabling full-screen optimization
• Configuring Windows to Ultimate Performance
• Setting the GPU to maximum performance
• Reinstalling and repairing Windows
• Switching GPU from Auto to Gen 5, then to Gen 4
• Enabling screen & GPU scaling

(My English isn't perfect, but I hope this conveys what I meant.)

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
You're currently on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard:
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X870-GAM...FI/support
Since this isn't listed among your completed tasks, try this:
Turn off the iGPU in BIOS, then use DDU in Safe Mode to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), restart, and manually install the newest GPU driver via an elevated command—Right click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
RAM: Patriot Viper 7000MHz CL32 (2X16) 32GB
Do you have a link to this RAM kit?
Regarding Windows: Are you planning a full format and reinstall (offline) or an OS reset?

You should completely reinstall your system at least once a year. This will not only reduce technical problems but also make it harder for malware to maintain persistence.

Completely incorrect. If you need to reinstall Windows often to reduce technical problems, it might mean you're not setting it up correctly. My W10 worked well for about 5 years, but this W11 version is 3 years old and still functioning properly.

I haven't reinstalled Windows since the PC was brand new five years ago, and it's functioning perfectly,
Trying to reinstall when everything works fine would be unnecessary.
"if it aint' broke, don't fix it" .

Who proclaimed Winblows? I haven't used that outdated operating system for years. Linux is much more forgiving when you mess things up.

I didn't forget to disable the iGPU from the start. I had used DDU in safe mode already. I didn't reset it; instead, I ran commands like DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and reinstalled Windows from the ISO file to resolve the remaining problems.

That is VERY old school thinking. That has not been a thing since at least Win 7, possibly earlier.
I only reinstall Windows during a hardware change.

The display turns black during the OCCT 3D Adaptive Test and power test. What actions should I take? The issue seems to be related to the graphics card. There were no problems with the VRAM test. When the graphics card is fully loaded, the fans increase to full speed, and even without overheating, the screen goes black after some time, but the system continues to run. The problem disappears after a restart. Should I attempt the converter that came with the graphics card?
