Hello, I recently switched from a 3700X processor to a 5950X and an Arctic 360 mm liquid cooler.
Motherboard: ASUS X570-E STRIX gaming.
RAM: 2x16 GB 3600 MHz Corsair Vengeance DDR4.
At first setup, temperatures could climb up to 90 degrees. I also adjusted the BIOS settings, lowering the CPU Core Voltage by -0.075. I set the Curve Optimizer to -20 for all cores, which reduced the peak temperature to 84 degrees and allowed the system to run under load for 10-12 hours. However, there were still issues—sometimes the computer would freeze with a blue screen, or the screen would go completely black before restarting. I suspect this might be related to insufficient voltage rather than overheating, though it’s unusual for the system to behave this way under load. Another note is that this kind of problem hadn’t occurred before, usually only during idle periods. In other words, the processor likely draws less power when not in use or there may be an unknown factor at play.
As mentioned, the system often ran smoothly for 10-12 hours without issues, but then suddenly stopped after just a couple of hours.
In the Windows Event Viewer, it appears as "Kernel Power" with event ID 41 marked as important, though the details seem hidden since all values are zero.
DOCP is enabled in BIOS (possibly XMP), and my RAMs are operating at 3600 MHz while drawing a voltage of 1.35v. I haven’t altered the voltage settings.

How old is your AIO? How is it mounted in your setup?
Occasionally the screen turns completely black and restarts.
Could you share the make and model of your PSU and its age?
What is the name and model of your discrete GPU?

2) I recently purchased my new liquid cooler and installed it on top of the case. The case model is Thermaltake S500TG. There are three 14 cm fans in front that supply air to the interior.
3) PSU: CORSAIR RM750x 750W 80+ Gold, bought on 2020-03-28
4) Graphics card: MSI RTX 2070 Super
the incorrect automatic restart setting, excessive heat or a broken power source, defective RAM, a virus or malware presence, driver issues, a Windows update
This situation did not occur during games or benchmarks, especially under heavy load, and it remains stable for extended periods. Based on this, we can conclude there are no issues with the PSU. Regarding the friend's experience, he reported a similar issue and resolved it by disabling the docp profile in the BIOS. What do you think caused that?
When configuring Curve Optimizer, keep voltages in auto mode; otherwise, voltage could decrease significantly during the shift from high to low loads. If you think about RAM, perform multiple tests for a minimum of an hour or overnight, such as using OCCT.
