Specs -
Mobo: asrock b550m pro4
CPU: ryzen 5 5600x
Gpu: rtx 4070
Ram: G.SKILL ripjaws v 16gb 3600mhz
My pc has been functioning perfectly for months. Recently, the wifi adapter stopped working, so I restarted the machine and it kept restarting endlessly. Eventually, I turned off the power supply since the power button didn’t work, and now it won’t boot at all. All fans, LEDs, and GPU power are on, along with CPU and DRAM debug lights.
Previously, when I powered on the PC with the same debug lights on, it would boot after a few seconds. However, once the lights changed, it would restart again.
I had some fairly old Corsair RAM at 3000mhz that I assumed was dead, so I recently purchased a G.SKILL kit in the hope of fixing it, but it didn’t help. I’ve reset the CMOS and re-seated everything, but I’m not sure what else to try—any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The PSU's make, model, or part number is provided. Its age is also noted, along with whether it was purchased new or used/refurbished.

consider trying ram sticks one at a time and reinstalling the motherboard bios.

I inquire once more:
PSU model (or part number) is what?
Since the general details you provided don’t clarify further, it’s similar to stating: I own a Seasonic 650 titanium. Could you specify the exact PSU you have?

Sorry, it appears to be the Evga Supernova at 850 gigatons.

It's a high-quality PSU, so doubt about it being the problem is low. Still, there are issues, even with top components.
MoBo reports communication problems with CPU and RAM. Since you've tried the second RAM, does the RAM debug light also activate when using the second RAM?
Here, I think there might be a MoBo failure. For several reasons:
* The Wi-Fi module stopped working (either M.2 or PCI-E one, but it still relies on MoBo for connection)
* After rebooting, CPU and RAM couldn't communicate with MoBo
These signs point to a MoBo failure, as MoBo is responsible for connecting all components. It's uncommon for three parts to fail together like Wi-Fi, CPU, and RAM.
Although it's possible the PSU caused the MoBo to fail, this is rare given your PC's quality. If your PSU were average or poor (e.g., EVGA W1/N1), then the PSU could be the culprit. But currently, I only suspect MoBo.
Consider replacing the MoBo. Or if a replacement feels too time-consuming without better gains, think about a new CPU-MoBo-RAM setup (for AMD Ryzen 7000/8000-series) or a new CPU-MoBo combination (if using Intel 12th/13th/14th gen and choosing a RAM-compatible MoBo).
If you choose, new RAM modules are available for the AMD Ryzen 7000/8000 series.

I also had that in mind, thank you very much for your feedback. I’ll take a closer look at the upgrade. Appreciate you!
