Local Uniway computer shop confirmed diagnosis at $22cdn inc tax. The GPU functions properly, the PSU is solid, but memory testing was impossible without removing the liquid cooler. Based on current specs, it seems the issue might be with the motherboard—possibly one of the three options (MBOO/Memory/CPU). I plan to upgrade all three to an AM5 system anyway. If I get a new AM5 motherboard, I’ll likely stick with MSI Tomohawk B650 again, including Wi-Fi. Unless there’s an ASUS or Gigabyte model that offers better reliability and stability for the same price?

The 5700X3D is AM4, not AM5. These CPUs belong to the 7XXX/8XXX lineup.
