Question Please Help :( Brand New Gaming PC Crashes Frequently Everywhere

I recently assembled my PC using the combo offers available on microcenter. My specifications are as follows:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
2x16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000
Asus ROG B650 gaming Wi-Fi
RTX 4060 (4080 in development)
EVGA Supernova 1000W gold PSU
Asus TUF Gaming 165Hz 1440p monitor
Regarding my issue, I’ve tried almost everything online and am becoming increasingly frustrated. I’ve reinstalled drivers, Windows, adjusted BIOS settings, changed other configurations, switched monitors, etc. Games are nearly unplayable because of this stress. Despite having no games installed after a clean install, dragging tabs causes minor micro stuttering or it might be a PC-monitor issue. I’ve also tried enabling and disabling FreeSync Premium, adjusting all NVIDIA control panel settings, but nothing resolves the problem. I’m running out of ideas and haven’t found success while scrolling through Reddit or watching YouTube.

Ryzen 7 7800x3d – you didn’t mention your cooling setup.
Asus ROG b650 gaming wifi – what BIOS version is your motherboard using?
2x16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000 – do you have a link to the RAM kit you’re using?
You said you’re reinstalling Windows, are you on Windows 11? If yes, did you install the OS in offline mode, installing all drivers manually with the latest versions via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and running it as Administrator?
I’ve not installed any games yet, but during the clean install, I noticed slight micro stuttering when dragging tabs. It could be a PC-monitor issue or something else—no clear answer.
Maybe record a video of the problem and share it for us to review.
BIOS is version 3222?
RAM configured at 6000MHz? Verified in Windows?
Which hard drive are you using?
firmaware is up to date?
Run manufacturer’s tool for scan
Use DISM commands to check Windows errors
ALC audio firmware updated? Tools available for ALC4080/ALC4082 updates
Chipset driver from AMD.com downloaded and installed
Temperatures monitored? CPU temperature? GPU temperature?
Connected NVIDIA GPU to monitor, not motherboard video port?
AMD GPU drivers installed alongside nvidia.com versions
Motherboard CPU socket inspected for bent or discolored pins
Thank you for your feedback. The BIOS settings are set for 6000 MB of RAM, and it appears to display correctly on Windows 11. I plan to record the issue at home and share it here once I have evidence. I’m using an SSD with OS installed and have verified all possible updates and firmware for both CPU and GPU. Temperatures seem normal, and the problem only appears during a fresh installation, especially in games. This causes significant micro stutter despite good FPS.
