Question Pixelation and Glow on Every Game | Tested Everything I Could Think Of
Hey everyone,
I was working on recording an Ark Ascended video when I saw some strange shimmer and lower performance than normal. The issue seems more noticeable in simpler games like Rocket League and Valheim. I usually record without any problems and have done so for months. I’m not sure what’s causing it, and I’ve tried several fixes: changing anti-analysis settings in the game and via the Nvidia app, switching to different drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling Nvidia, resetting all stock settings (including the overclocked state from MSI), updating my monitor and cables, and checking Windows display settings. Everything looks fine there.
Here are my current specs:
Graphics Card: Nvidia RTX 4060ti 8GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6 Core
RAM: 32.0 GB
Power Supply: CX650M — 650 Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Certified Modular ATX
I just built this PC last year and don’t want to start from scratch. Any advice would be really helpful!

Rolling back to multiple Nvidia drivers (always using clean install.
Completely removing Nvidia and re-installing
Using DDU? Manually installing the latest driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command(assuming you're on Windows OS)?
