Hello Community,
I'm dealing with a persistent PC booting problem that hasn't been fixed despite my efforts. At first, I thought the RAM might be the cause, but after performing memory tests, everything looked normal, which only added to my confusion.

In summary, whenever I power off and try to restart, the system won't boot—no display, no BIOS access. It emits a loud "gag gag gag" sound from the MB speaker when all RAM is removed, and it sometimes gets stuck in an endless on/off power cycle.

The only solution I've tried is adjusting the RAM slots—removing or swapping one stick allowed me to boot, but only temporarily. The problem resurfaces after a restart.

Additional troubleshooting steps I've taken:
- Memory tests revealed no errors.
- No issues when the system stays powered on continuously.
- Removing all disks didn't resolve the issue.
- Using a single RAM stick and swapping to all slots still caused problems.

For reference, here are my system details:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (Fresh Install)
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790
Motherboard: Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z87M-D3H
RAM: 16.0GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Storage: 3 drives (1 SATA SSD and 2 HDDs)

I'm trying to determine if the problem is related to the RAM, motherboard, or power supply unit. If anyone has faced a similar issue or has tips on identifying the faulty component, your guidance would be invaluable.

Thank you in advance for your support!

I receive the installer from Microsoft's media creation tool. Additional information about hardware is provided. All devices are 10 years old, with the exception of SSDs. BIOS F11 seems to be the most recent version. The setup includes 2 x Kingston HyperX Blu 8GB (KHX1600C10D3B1/8G) and a PSU RaidMax 80 Plus BronzeRX-600AF rated at 600W. This configuration changes the RAM setup and slot arrangement each time.
