It seems most GPUs are just there to handle the video it links to. My AV thinks the scanner is a virus, so I can't run it. Do you still get BSOD? Try following option one from the link provided. Then follow these steps: create a small memory dump during BSOD using Windows Minidump, open File Explorer, go to C:\Windows\Minidump, move the files to your Desktop, use Windows' built-in feature instead of Winzip, save them as compressed folders, upload the zip to the cloud, and share the link for review.

You may need to refresh the GPU driver you appear to be lagging behind in.
Execute ubm in this manner.
Restart the system.
Pause for a few minutes.
Repeat ubm without the browser open.
Share a link to the outcomes.

I have saved the newest GPU driver, and I'm consistently achieving comparable outcomes.

there is a recent update available, dated October July, while the current version is from September 9th.
the motherboard supports AMD Ryzen AM4 processors and features military-inspired design with enhancements like Core boost, DDR4 Boost, WiFi 6E, and Lightning Gen 4 M.2 with M.2 Shied.
checking for updates might resolve the memory issues.
consider updating chipset drivers:

test it on both NVMe drives:

note: Windows interprets the page file on C drive as memory.
