My PC's ethernet connection suddenly stopped.
I returned home one day and found my computer without internet access. It doesn't support wifi, so Ethernet is the only option available. I've changed cables and reset the router several times. I've also tried connecting via USB, but the computer recognizes the port yet can't access the internet. It works on my laptop as well. I've attempted to use USB tethering with my phone, but the same problem persists—connected but without internet. I've searched many forums and tried various troubleshooting methods, but nothing has helped. I've followed basic steps for fixing network stack issues and switched to a different network card without success.

The CMD window displaying ipconfig.exe /all presents detailed network configuration information such as IP addresses, subnet masks, gateway, DNS servers, and more.

This indicates you possess an IP address. The next phase involves checking connectivity by sending pings to 192.168.1.1 and 8.8.8.8. Success in these tests confirms your PC's network access.

I experienced a complete failure when trying to ping 192.168.1.1 with full loss. After that, it worked at 8.8.8.8 but still reported "host unreachable."

Determine the make and model of the device—modem, router, or combined unit?
Checking the router's logs (if accessible and enabled) could offer some hints.
Who possesses complete administrative privileges for the router? Assistance from that individual will be required.
To clarify: your laptop uses a wired connection—accurate?
If yes, execute "ipconfig /all" on the laptop and share the output.

Check if the laptop uses wireless or Ethernet connection. If wireless, switch to Ethernet. If Ethernet also fails, replace the router since the Ethernet component appears missing. If Ethernet works but the laptop isn't connected, remove the laptop and test with other devices.

There are two wired Ethernet ports visible. One is a 2.5GE and the other a 1GE. The 2.5GE displays both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. I would turn off IPv6 just to confirm. It's also a Realtek Ethernet, so please install the latest driver.
