I recently assembled a new PC
Specs: R3 2200G
Asus B450m
2*4GB DDR4 3000MHZ RAM
I was curious about the maximum performance I could achieve with this CPU and its built-in GPU using a stock cooler. I understand results vary by model, but what would be typical if I tried overclocking? Please help me out, I'm just starting out. Thanks.

The outcomes will differ, and additional factors come into play, but many people agree you can increase the iGPU by 200Mhz with minimal effort, potentially raising the CPU speed to 3.8 or 3.9 Ghz compared to the usual maximum of 3.7Ghz. It really depends on how much noise and temperature you're comfortable with. I think the original core voltage is quite high, which gives a lot of flexibility. You might want to lower the voltage slightly and give the CPU a small boost to check the results.

1.1 appears to be the standard setting for both the main processor and the integrated GPU. While some users mention a 1.3 stock value for the CPU, this may vary based on the motherboard's configuration.
In any case, adjust voltage only when the system temperature permits. You can experiment with a small increase in overclocking without changing voltages, and if you sense sufficient room, gradually add more.
Additionally, some reports indicate that the iGPU's clock speed is typically set to a low baseline, around 1.1Ghz by default.
