Hi, I can't overclock these CPUs to the highest frequency without the BIOS. However, can you use AMD Overdrive? Also, I saw this site from my country and checked a few CPUs—I'm not sure if they support overclocking. These are second-hand PCs!

Overclocking relies on whether the motherboard supports it and the choices you have available. I think Phenom IIs work better for overclocking because you can adjust the multiplier, while APUs don’t (you’d need to change BCLK, which won’t help much).

I'm simply going to decline and say no.
It wouldn't be worth it to dig deeper for a "yes."
If you want improved results, consider upgrading your equipment.
