Hello, I'm looking for assistance with overclocking my CPU. My current setup is an X3440 with a P7H55M-LX motherboard. The settings I have are: BCLK set to 180, rest left as auto. All features like C-State Tech, TurboMode Tech, meltdown and Spectre protection are disabled. When I run the benchmark, I see my CPU fluctuating between 3.4ghz and 1.6ghz. Can someone help me improve this?

Your BIOS interface shows the steps to access advanced settings. It guides you through Jumpfree Configuration, CPU Configuration, and then to Advanced. The instructions are clear, but since your motherboard differs from the examples, you might need to adjust some options. Let me know if you need further clarification.
