When I assembled my PC motherboard, the CPU was already installed and the clock speed was set.
Two days ago, after turning on the PC, it reported that overclocking failed.
Usually I just press the restart button, but now I pressed F10 to reset the overclocking settings.
Now I’m stuck with a stock speed of 2.67 GHz.

If you're new to OC, look for a reliable guide online for that CPU. Modifying older chips without unlocked multipliers can be part of the process. Your board should support OC, so as long as the PSU can handle it, you should be fine to proceed.
