Yes, I keep using 100, I even changed my Q9550 to 3.5 GHz, but because my RAM isn't fast enough, I plan to get 800 MHz RAM later.

I'm not at home (at school) but when I return I will gradually raise the FSB voltage in small steps and increase the voltage until it becomes unstable. With this RAM it's unstable above 3.6 volts. I checked it yesterday and noticed freezes or crashes. I tried 3.5 volts and it worked fine; I stress tested it overnight using Prime95 and there were no BSODs, everything functioned properly.
