I'm trying to assist a professor at my college. The Outlook Data File (.ost) was deleted, and now his emails are synced but lack calendars, contacts, etc. Although the web version of Outlook has the right information, I need guidance on syncing the web version to her Outlook desktop app so she has everything up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
She is currently using Windows 10.

The initial deletion of the .ost file might have been due to DST complications.
It seems there could be an issue with the college's IT assistance for the professor.
