I just completed assembling my first PC, yet I’m not seeing any display. The system powers on, fans spin, RGB lights activate, but the motherboard diagnostic LEDs flash the DRAM light for roughly ten seconds before switching to CPU and back to DRAM again. After about two minutes, the whole setup shuts down for a second and then restarts.

I’ve already tried reseating the RAM sticks one at a time, removed the CMOS battery, and verified all PSU cable connections.

Motherboard video: https://streamable.com/9b1wvm

I attempted to update BIOS, but I don’t see the flashing LED when pressing the QFLASH button—it just turns on my pump RGB for some reason. Additionally, I couldn’t locate the correct revision version for the Gigabyte Z790 D AX board; I have the Rev 1.1 but only found Rev 1.0 available.

Could the motherboard pins be damaged or the CPU? Or is the RAM faulty even though the RGB works? Any advice on next steps?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
Also i could not really find the right revision version for the gigabyte z790 d ax. board I have the rev 1.1 version but i could only find the rev 1.0 version
You sure about that? The revision version would be stated on the bottom left corner of your motherboard(if we're going by the orientation you took the video in). As for flashing the BIOS, use this guide;

to flash the BIOS using the button. Different board but the principle remains the same.
Could my motherboard pins be damaged or the cpu?
In order to verify if the pins on the socket are damaged, bent or broken, you will need to remove the CPU and inspect the CPU's socket. In order to also verify that your CPU isn't at fault, you should drop the processor onto another known working motherboard with the right BIOS version and see if the same issue crops up on the other motherboard.

CPU: i7 14700k
CPU cooler: thermalright core vision 360
Motherboard: gigabyte z790 d ax
Ram: Kingston FURY Beast RGB DDR5-6000 - 64GB - CL30
SSD: SANDISK WD Black SN7100 SSD - 2TB - PCIe 4.0 - M.2 2280
GPU: GeForce RTX 4060 GAMING OC 8G
PSU: Corsair rm850e 850w gold
Chassis: Lian li O11 vision compact
OS: Probably Windows, but bios didn’t load
Monitor: Uncertain, but seems to work with my current GPU in an older setup (GPU is the only item reused)
Motherboard info: Rev 1.0 listed on Gigabyte site, but I only found Rev 1.1
CPU removal: Difficult to check if socket pins are bent
Edit: Fixed the issue; CPU wasn’t seated properly and fortunately the pins stayed intact

Updated that the CPU placement was improved and the pins stayed intact.
Hope you fixed it! Often, poor pin contact causes no-POST problems. Sometimes users tighten the cooler too much on the CPU socket, which can bend some pins slightly to avoid contact, resulting in a no-POST situation.
