I’m facing an unusual problem with my PC.
It can handle Superposition, Heaven Benchmarks, Furmark, and other tests without issue. For 20 to 40 minutes without any trouble, but when I launch PUBG it immediately powers off.
At first, PUBG ran smoothly until about 10 minutes into the game, after which it crashed. I attempted to bypass the in-game FPS limiter and it shut down instantly.
In Warzone 3, changing the resolution to match my monitor’s native QHD caused an unexpected shutdown. Previously, I could adjust the resolution without problems. The game tends to crash after 20 to 40 minutes of play, whether on low or high settings.
This also occurs with other titles in sessions—SQUAD and CS2 after 30 minutes of play.
I’ve consulted two IT service providers, who tested my system with various GPUs, CPUs, power supplies (including an 850W and 1000W gold), and RAM. All of them reported crashes. One suggested the problem might be with the Corsair H150i, while the other considered it could be the H150i or NVME.
Unfortunately, neither had spare air or liquid coolers available for testing and confirming whether the AIO was the culprit.
Before purchasing a new AIO, I want to verify if it’s truly the source of the issue. All drivers are up-to-date, including the GPU (I cleaned display drivers using DDU), and the motherboard BIOS is current.

- CPU: Intel® Core™ i9-9900KF @ 3.60GHz
- RAM: 32.0 GB, 3200 MHZ (4x8)
- Storage: Gigabyte Aorus Master z290
- NVME: Samsung Evo 970
- GPU: EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 ULTRA
- Power Supply: Seasonic FOCUS Plus 850 Gold
- AIO: CORSAIR HYDRO Series H150i PRO RGB Liquid CPU Cooler, 360mm
- Case: Lian Li PC-O11DW 011 Dynamic
- Fans: 6 intake (bottom and side), three exhaust (AiO)
- Operating System: Windows 10 Pro, version 22h2, Build 19045.3803

Please let me know if you need more details or specifics about my setup. I’m really trying to figure out what’s behind these sudden shutdowns.

Ok, so I tried the reliability monitoring and I can only see the shutdowns but no reasoning behind it. (I tried uploading the screenshot to Imgur but the forum didn't let me post the link)

Checking the "dism" and "sfc /scannow" tools provides insights into the system's condition. The PSU history and gaming usage details are also relevant.
