Good Morning All
Overnight my personal laptop while at work, downloaded an update to W11, when I came in to work today, it asked me to finish the update which I did but at that point it was asking me to sign in. I stupidly did and. Is there any way to get around this? I know I can delete the account and add another in PC Settings but is there another way?

Is your regional account still active? If so, simply sign out from your MS account and switch to the local account.

It appears the system combined settings from multiple accounts. When accessing with your local login, you went through a configuration step, and one choice was to switch to a Microsoft account. It might be better to remove your current account and create a fresh one.

Found a simple solution. I had to tap to log out from Microsoft apps.
