I set up macOS Sanoma in vmware 16 pro and can't enable more than one processor. The custom i9-13900K model triggers this issue when setting multiple processors. I'm trying to find a solution and haven't found any help yet.

the message clearly indicates your mistake, as you're using a single processor. Setting up additional processors would definitely trigger this alert. You might consider keeping the processor at number 1 and boosting cores per socket instead.

And I would if this virtual machine wasn't so sluggish. I discovered that turning off Core Isolation will improve performance with just one CPU, but it makes your computer more susceptible to attacks, so I keep it enabled. Finding another way to make this virtual machine faster is tough and still results in slow operation.
