I am planning to buy an old dell z440 server with a E5-1650v3 cpu - This is one of the select few xenon chips totally 100% unlocked for overclocking.
I know if that is the case, the bios of the MB installed (not sure the brand yet, just bought the pc, and MB brand was not listed) - is the way to OC the cpu.
But I do not know what settings to change. I have a screenshot someone else posted in a closed thread on another forum. They got this out of the 1650v3 (see pic below) - WOW huh?????
So, to OC my CPU, same cpu as they have and OC'ed... Do I just match all their settings or numbers/inputs in the below pic to the ones in the bios of my PC and change it to match what they did or?
Noob here need some help
Thanks in advance

Adjusting the speed raised the CPU temperature, making a good cooling system essential for successful overclocking. I usually try overclocking through the BIOS.

I think because this is a server pc the fan/heatsink is so massive it should handle it - this is the stock one coming in the PC I am buying
https://www.ebay.com/itm/193879892489?ch...1&mkcid=28
If not enough what should I buy? And where should I overclock the cpu from?
