Hi,
Windows isn't detecting any audio device on my PC. Even though I'm using my USB headset and the onboard audio from my MSI PRO-Z790-A-WIFI motherboard, they don't show up. I've updated the BIOS, installed the chipset and audio drivers from MSI's website, and also updated the Nvidia driver, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.

I tried the old troubleshooter:
Could not identify the problem
And also ran the new one:
No Devices Connected
It seems you have no audio device linked to your PC.
Check that you have an audio device connected first.
Press "Continue" after connecting it.
I also executed sfc /scannow, but this time no problems were detected.

In the Device Manager, navigate to the top menu and select 'Show hidden devices' from the view options.
Select each device in the list, including hidden ones, and choose uninstall for each.
After completing the process, restart the system and verify in Device Manager that sound devices are functioning properly.
