When the core is set to auto, it typically reaches around 1.45v, though it rarely exceeds that, and sometimes briefly goes up to 1.5v—this is intentional.
Everything appears normal. If your temperatures are within range, you can leave it as is.
Alternatively, you could manually adjust the voltage in BIOS to something like 1.325 and run Cinebench R23 to confirm boosting continues. If crashes occur, increase the core voltage to 1.35 and test again until stability is achieved.
Overall, letting PBO handle it is the most straightforward solution unless you're comfortable with overclocking, which isn't necessary here.
