My PSU has grounding system but my audio interface still produce static noises, is it because there's no ferrite bread on my audio interface usb cable? if it is, i'll go get cable with it but i need to make sure it is not my PSU. I'm also certain there's no static electricity throughout my pc case. is it ground loop? but how's my pc affected by it? i thought my PSU ground it tho...

Your PSU still needs to connect to the wall with a ground in order for that grounding in the PSU to be effective. Might want to see if your wall outlet actually has grounding on it. Now would also be a good time to check and see if any devices are lacking a 3rd prong to allow for grounding from your respective device.
Make and model of your PSU and the age of the unit? Mind sharing a picture of your wall outlet and the cable used to tether the PSU to the wall outlet? Might want to also list your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
+ audio equipment

My socket is properly grounded, I'm certain of it since my PC case doesn't cause any shocks when I touch it. I also verified myself—it has three cables, so it's definitely not the issue.
The third prong might be the culprit; I'll investigate further.
My components include: Superflower leadex ii 650w 80+ gold, Asrock b450 pro 4, Ryzen 7 5700x, V-Gen tsunami 2x8GB, Adata su650 512GB, Seagate Firecuda sshd 3tb, Rtx 3080 strix oc 12gb, Chassis phanteks p400a black, Monitor Aoc 24g2, Audio interface xox ks108, and a mic from the DBE Gm500.

It appears each of my "needed grounding" devices has three prongs and they are all properly grounded, which means this isn't the issue. Could it be a ground loop? Did you assume otherwise?

My socket is confirmed to be grounded, and I'm certain because my PC case doesn't produce any shocks when touching it. Did you verify that your bare feet were touching a non-carpeted, non-wooden tiled surface? Carpets and wood act as insulators. I also test myself—it has three cables, so it should be properly grounded. Sometimes a wall outlet might have grounding, but occasionally the grounding wire is absent inside the outlet. I recommend contacting a certified electrician to inspect your wiring at home.

I'm absolutely certain it's properly grounded, and I definitely touch it while my bare feet are on the floor. I have several sockets in my room, and one of them isn't connected to the ground. When I plug my PC into it, the shock disappears completely, and the static noises vanish. How old is this PSU? It would be around three years by April 2023.

I'm purchasing a USB cable equipped with a ferrite bead for my audio interface. It's expected to arrive tomorrow, and I'll inform you once it resolves the noise issue.

The USB with the ferrite bead isn't making a difference; everything remains unchanged.
Update: The static noise disappeared when I touched the PC case with my palm, suggesting the case might be affected by a ground loop that also impacts the USB port.
Any possible solutions?

Hey Naufalsyq,
did you manage to resolve this problem by now? The same issue is happening again.
After touching my XLR cable, which is linked to my audio interface, all interferences and noises disappeared...
I bought a new audio interface from Focusrite, but I'm still concerned it might not be the right fix.
