Which particular B450 F motherboard? But...the updated NVMe might turn off certain SATA connections. Easy fix, link the hard drive to another one.
After that, insert the new NVMe unit and keep going.
Reminder for later: The boot partition was placed on the HDD since both drives were connected during installation. You couldn't change it or stop it—just happens automatically. For future installations of Windows, ensure only one drive is connected physically.
