all connectors are connected to the motherboard and PSU
there are two distinct connectors (18pin + 10pin) on the PSU for the motherboard, CPU, and CPU 8pin slot
try a minimal configuration using only:
one DIMM RAM in slot A2 (fourth slot from CPU), PSU, GPU, CPU, motherboard, keyboard, video cable in GPU connected to a monitor
eventually the CPU may not be compatible with the current BIOS version
update the BIOS using an older 2nd gen or 3rd gen Ryzen CPU
