On your network and internet configuration, LAN settings are being adjusted. A proxy server is being used, but the LAN remains being verified even after it's unchecked.

It alters at specific times such as reboots, and it depends on the operating system version. Are you using a laptop or desktop? Do you connect via WiFi or an Ethernet cable?
