Question My HyperX Pulsefire Haste is frequently losing connection
I purchased the Hyperx Pulsefire Haste wired mouse and it has performed well for more than six months. However, recently, whenever I move the mouse quickly or play something, it disconnects. I disabled the power-saving setting in Device Manager and the devices list, but that didn’t fix the problem. I’ve run all possible updates, troubleshooted, and checked for firmware changes. Nothing worked. The mouse still disconnects when moved rapidly. I also confirmed that my motherboard or USB ports are not faulty; other mice worked fine without issues. As a final check, I connected it to my brother’s PC and laptop, where it functioned properly. I’m seeking a solution, as this only happens on my PC and mine. I’ve tried everything I could find online, but nothing seems effective. I even reset my entire Windows system.
The mouse still stops when it is moved quickly. Have you checked if the problem happens just by moving the mouse cable without moving the mouse itself? A weak solder at the mouse end might be causing this. You might want to move the mouse to the front panel of your case and see if the issue continues. Also, consider reinstalling your chipset or USB drivers. Finally, could you tell me the model of your motherboard and the BIOS version you're using right now? What operating system are you running?
Below is the information about the make and model of the BIOS here, along with a screenshot of my system details.
so i updated the bios and os but there were no changes
i believe the mouse isn't compatible with my pc or maybe someone will just buy a new one
