My GPU performance decreases from 97% to 60-70% in tough parts of every game, leading to low frame rates. I've attempted to use maximum power in the Nvidia control panel without success. My system specs are: Ryzen 5 2600, Nvidia RTX 2060, 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz RAM, and a 500 GB NVMe SSD.

The image indicates 51FPS, but do you usually run the game at steady 60FPS or higher? The performance drops to around 50FPS. Is the GPU being overclocked?
