Here is what I did: I turned off my extender, TV, and internet modem. The controller worked afterward. Then I turned on the internet modem, but it lagged, so I turned it off again and it worked perfectly. The same issue appeared with the TV modem. Both seem to be the problem—any idea why or how to fix it? Also, do you need any of the details from your previous reply now that we have this new information?
