The issue began about 10 days ago. Before it, my PC worked perfectly. On that day, the monitor screen went black, and the PC restarted after 10 to 15 seconds without any apparent cause. After a short pause, it would restart again. Using my friend's GPU (Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti) didn't trigger this problem, nor did it happen on another friend's PC. So, is it related to the GPU?

When I took it to a service center, they said it wasn't a fault there either... it seems to occur randomly and can't be reproduced. The temperatures are also normal.

Current specs:
- CPU: Asus TUF RTX 3070
- GPU: Ryzen 7 5700x
- RAM: G.Skill 3600 (16*2)
- Monitor: Xiaomi Redmi A27Q 27-inch 2K IPS
- Display: Acer EK220Q E3bi 21.5"
- OS: B450M AORUS ELITE
- PSU: 650W
- RAM: Updated
- Other changes: XMP disabled, used GTX 1050 Ti without PSU connection

What I've tried:
1. Switched to Belkin power adapter
2. Rolled back the driver
3. Installed a different driver
4. Used another driver
5. Changed SSD
6. Used a PC with higher PSU wattage
7. Updated Windows
8. Changed RAM
9. Disabled XMP
10. Switched to GTX 1050 Ti (no PSU needed)

What are the details?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
I tested my GPU on a different friend's PC and encountered the same issue. I used it on another friend's system too. So, it seems the problem might be related to the power supply unit. If the GPU behaves consistently across platforms with a stable PSU, then the fault could lie elsewhere. The RTX307 and GTX1050Ti have different power requirements, and the RTX3070 can experience high transient load spikes.

I suspect the issue might be with your PSU.
You've also tried using a different outlet in your room, but not outside it. You used monitors one at a time.
Consider moving to another outlet in your home (not just the room). If the problem persists at the service center or shop, the wall outlet might be the cause. On the other hand, if it could be recreated at your friend's place, it suggests the PSU is the likely culprit. What kind of PSU did your friend have in his setup? How did you try to recreate the issue there?
7. Corsair CX650F RGB 80 Plus Bronze 650 Watt
How old is the PSU in your build?

Which power supply unit does your friend have? Which other one did you test it against?

their psu and your friends' psu could be contributing to a power consumption problem.
