There are issues with lag in PUBG PC when being shot, damage effects sometimes delay, and similar problems in CSGO like gun drops or kills. Possible solutions could be explored.

It might be due to dust accumulation in the cooling fan or the outlet/inlet grill. Are your temperatures normal? Would you like me to run UserBenchMark and share the results?

It might be your old GTX 1050, which is weak. Is it overheating? Have you cleaned it recently?

40-45C while doing nothing. It was lagging 3 or 4 years back.
