Recently, in January my PC received a 4060ti 16gb GPU and it was functioning perfectly with all my games. This month I experienced black screen issues in almost every game. I purchased another 4060ti to check if that was the cause, but it didn’t happen. I’m uncertain about the problem. I’ve run memory tests and everything showed zero errors. I’ve tried various tools like FC 24, RUST, Dark and Darker, except for Holdfast: nations at war.

Specs:
Operating System
Windows 11 Home 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 @ 2.60GHz
Skylake Technology
RAM
Corsair vengeance RGB 32.0GB (16gb each)
Motherboard

Graphics
ASUS VG247Q1A(1920x1080@60Hz)

There might be methods to determine the details without physically accessing the PC.

It appears to be a question about identifying the specific company's pre-built PC, possibly referencing CyberPowerPC or another brand, along with a system model number. The best method mentioned is checking the PSU label inside the PC case.

The PC remains active, though I attempted it once more and encountered approximately 5 minutes of errors before a blue screen appeared. All other components functioned correctly during subsequent tests, except for the power unit.

This indicates your PSU could be defective given the frequent errors and black screens. However, without precise information about the model, I can only offer a general assessment!
Sorry, I’m unable to assist further without the exact specifications of the power supply unit. If you can provide those details, we might be able to proceed more effectively.
