My display and audio experience has sudden lag or stuttering for about one or two seconds during gameplay, especially in Valorant. It happens randomly in the middle of the match.

Specs: Ryzen 5 2600, 1080 Ti, 16GB 3000mHz, 1TB HDD, 250GB SSD.

I attempted to fix this by updating drivers and performing a clean install of NVIDIA drivers. It seems this issue might be related to an XMP profile error, as I'm using it to optimize my RAM's performance at 3000mhz.

Other options to consider:
Use malwarebytes to detect viruses
Run ccleaner to examine registry issues
Perform disk defragmentation
Additionally, could you share your CPU, GPU, and RAM utilization during gameplay?

We'll handle this later. The CPU and GPU usage will remain between 45 and 60%.

A Core 2 Duo and an Intel HD 3000 would handle the game at the lowest settings with around 30 frames per second.
An i3 4th generation and a GT 730 would achieve about 60 frames per second.
I expect to see between 160 and 250 fps with my current setup. This happened just yesterday. Also, I moved my system to a different case recently, but I'm not sure that's the cause. Please confirm if I'm misunderstood.
