I have email accounts; Gmail, Outlook.com, Comcast, and an iPhone account.
Can you find a method to combine them and remove duplicates so you can view all contacts without repeats in each account? For instance, checking off all four users on your iPhone would help you see everything clearly. I don't know if it starts with Apple or Windows.

Windows 10 "Mail" programs and its contact (People) app include a "Merge duplicates" feature. However, it continues to display email/phone numbers multiple times, once per account. Deleting an entry will cause the duplicates to sync back to the original GMail/Outlook/etc, which you likely don't want.

I made a mistake by merging data incorrectly, so I restored it using iCloud as a backup. I’m going to accept it as it is.
At least it works now.
I’m curious—does having multiple accounts matter? Since you check off more than one user, could their contacts differ from others? That’s something I’d like to know.
It’s an interesting point.
Thanks for your response and the details.
