Hello everyone!
I just installed a new PC and added an M.2 drive, wanting to transfer my OS from the SSD used before. I tried DiskGenius to move the operating system, but the new drive isn’t listed in the BIOS boot menu. I suspect the issue is because the boot partition didn’t migrate correctly from the first disk to the next one. I have some screenshots from Disk Management and DiskGenius that might help, but I’m not sure how to interpret them. I really need your assistance to complete this migration successfully. Thank you in advance.

If you eliminate the new SSD, does the system start up correctly from the original HDD?
If yes, proceed with the clone process again.

I'm currently working on cloning and need to remove all data except the operating system from the SSD. Is it feasible to erase everything except the OS?

If you aim to delete all except the operating system, performing a fresh Windows installation on the new drive might be a better option than cloning.

No such function exists; for complete removal, perform a full reinstall.

You're looking for a method to perform a clean installation of Windows without purchasing a new version, while ensuring your existing SSD and HDD data remains intact and only the M.2 drive contains the operating system.

If the system has a working Windows setup, and it was correctly activated, you don't require an additional Windows license for a new installation.

It's a solid installation. I obtained a license some time ago, but I wasn't sure about transferring the OS except by cloning since I don't have a USB drive. I could have gotten one, but I'd rather not.

You can duplicate from the previous storage to the current one.
However, this means everything on the old drive is affected. You cannot selectively keep only what you want.
Alternatively, a complete reinstall is needed, which involves using a flash drive.
This option does not require a new operating system license.

I comprehend your question. Could you clarify what you mean by "the best way to do that"?
