I'm experiencing random disconnections with my Razer Viper Mini, and this issue isn't related to the mouse. I've tested another mouse without any success. The port itself doesn't seem to be the problem—I've changed both keyboard and mouse ports, but the issue persists. I've also disabled automatic USB suspend and reinstalled the mouse drivers. If anyone has additional information that might assist, please let me know.

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system specifics.
Possible Windows issues may stem from corrupted files.
Consider using the built-in troubleshooters to locate and resolve problems.
Also, execute "sfc /scannow" and "dism" commands.

Did you review the Device Manager and verify the Properties, Power Management section for all USB devices and mouse-related items? Ensure the checkbox for "Allow the computer to turn off this device" is not selected.

I examined all USB devices including controllers, mice, and other pointing tools, as well as human interface devices. The issue remains unresolved and bothers me a lot during games when the mouse turns off and back on.

And both mice function properly on another known working computer, right?
What was the make and model of the second mouse you tested or used?
Check the Reliability History and Event Viewer. Either one or both might be logging error codes, warnings, or informational events linked to mouse disconnections and reconnections.
Begin with Reliability History—it’s more intuitive and the timeline will help identify mouse disconnects and reconnects easily.
While using your computer, monitor system performance through Task Manager and Resource Monitor. Use each tool individually but only one at a time.
Keep the tool window open and move it to one side or another, or switch to a second monitor if needed. Continue working and playing as usual. Observe any changes or events during mouse disconnections and reconnections.
