I have a great model. When I play games, I sometimes disconnect and then reconnect, but I don't understand why this happens. It doesn't occur in every game, just occasionally. My motherboard is a B550 AORUS Elite V2.

I discovered a solution that functions when connected via USB hub, even though the cable organization is quite poor. I consider it a workaround despite these issues.

Does the matter occur with a donor system on another platform? If not, then the concern may be limited to your own setup. Verify whether your motherboard has any pending BIOS updates. Then, try reinstalling your chipset drivers (using the most recent version) through an elevated command.

The chipset update didn't resolve the issue, so I won't attempt the BIOS. I'll try reinstalling the mouse software and test the old mouse first.
