I considered upgrading from the RX 7600 to the RX 7800 XT, both from Power Color Hellhound. I noticed their sites suggested different voltage and power requirements, but my PSU only supports 54A. My CPU is a Ryzen 7 5700X3D with a P650B, and the PSU’s capacity might still be sufficient since the recommended wattage for AMD Ryzen 9 7950X is higher than mine. The PowerColor estimate of 750W seems to apply mainly to a more powerful CPU. It’s unclear if it’s safe given the current setup.

My PSU is listed as tier C, specifically the Gigabyte P650B model. I wasn't able to locate it on ZTT's tier list.

As stated by Powercolor, the smallest PSU power capacity needed for the RX 7800XT is 750W. Even if your existing PSU performs well, its power rating falls short of the necessary requirement.
