I have an issue with all the games I play. Even after upgrading everything to high quality, they still run at low graphics settings and it's really bad. Anyone can help?

Low graphics quality how? Are you using your monitor's native resolution? Anything less will cause blurriness. Are you playing on an external monitor or your laptop's built-in display? No matter what other hardware you use, a bad monitor won't help much. Where did you reach the maximum settings? Nvidia control panel or in-game menu? The latter won't work. To be safe, reinstall your graphics driver and reset all settings. Which games? Even with modern hardware, older (or poorly made) games won't see a big improvement in graphics quality unless they have special options for advanced filtering and anti-aliasing.

I'm using native resolution with the laptop's monitor
All settings on Nvidia control panel and in-game are maxed
Rainbow six siege, Valorant, and God Of War are running
Texture quality is low, effects look blurry, and antialiasing is poor even at X8
The vision feels strange in dark areas of the game... it's really difficult to see
I tried uninstalling with DDU and cleaning it, but it didn't help

Change the Nvidia control panel configurations and observe the results. You probably won't have to adjust it for any new game.
