Looking for some guidance...
He got a new GPU to improve his school grades. He chose the Arc A750. Before that, he had a 1650 with 4GB of RAM. Based on all the benchmark sites and online comparisons, the Arc A750 should perform better than what he had before. He thinks the visual quality in Destiny 2 is much better now compared to the old 1650, but his FPS has dropped significantly. We've removed every previous GPU from his PC and installed the latest driver for the A750 from Intel's site. The game is set with all graphics settings at their lowest possible level, except render scale which is at 80. I'm monitoring his resource monitor in Task Manager, showing his CPU and GPU usage at 100% while playing Destiny 2. Anyone have any tips to help boost the performance for this title?

Specs:
Operating System --Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
Memory --16 GB (2666)
Processor -- i3-9100F CPU @ 3.60GHz
Motherboard --ASRock - B365 Pro4
Video Cards --Intel Arc A750 (replaced GTX 1650 4GB)

I improved my performance by another average 10FPS through this Windows 11 configuration.
System -> Display -> Graphics, choose settings or Destiny 2.
Modify from "Let Windows decide" to <Graphics Card Name> E.g., Intel Arc A750 High Performance.
