I checked the HWinfo voltage data and noticed the 12v readings were significantly low, dropping to 11.5v under load. The GPU performance is even worse, with minimum voltage on the 8pin cable falling to 11.2v instead of the usual 12.4v. The PSU is a Kolink Core 600w, and the system includes a 3060 Ti GPU and a Ryzen 5 5500 CPU. I believe power usage won’t exceed 300w even under load.

I also considered Seasonic G12 650w Gold and thought about purchasing it.

It was actually the PSU. I received an MSI MAG 650BN. Now it doesn't drop below 11.850v.
