I recommend the PSU with a price of 140 USD, though it's quite costly.
I’ve already added this model to my wishlist.

Seasonic unit offers superior build quality compared to Apevia units. It also provides more reliable protections, whereas Apevia’s protections may be doubtful. Both models deliver 650W power output.

A 140 USD PSU represents a reasonable cost today. If you aim for a premium option, consider the Seasonic PRIME TX-650, which I purchased for €206.80 ($228) in 2016 to run my Skylake build (full specs attached). Currently, the closest comparable is the Seasonic PRIME TX-750 at $314 USD, which is double the price of the Seasonic Focus unit linked here.
