The distinction between the pink and blue options lies in their physical properties and how they behave under heat. Usually pink is higher density and higher performance than blue which is cheaper, but it depends on pad manufacturer.
If you want to order new pads for your new heatsink then I don't see any issue ordering only pink ones.
