Still facing problems, could you assist? I'm encountering difficulties accessing the webpages required for work. This is from another discussion. Event Viewer Error: The details for Event ID 1 from Microsoft-Windows-Configuration-Change-Monitor aren't available. It seems the responsible component isn't installed or the installation may be faulty. You might need to install or fix it locally. Event viewer Error: A network conflict was detected for IP address 260xxxxxe:dead:xxxxxxxx paired with system hardware 44-A5-xxxxxxx. This could interrupt network operations. A standard inquiry. It shouldn't be needed on your local network. It could or might not be necessary on your wider area network. It's simplest to turn it off on the laptop. Look up how to disable IPv6 and find out which Windows version you're using.
