I don’t know where else to turn for assistance, since technical support is proving difficult. My RK61 keyboard stopped working properly after a recent software update, losing all its features. Whenever I connect it, the small indicator under the spacebar flashes red briefly. This is the only signal it gives at all. A person I talked to thought it might be a power or voltage leak problem, but they didn’t explain more details. I’m not confident enough to figure out the next steps myself. Do anyone know what this might mean, and whether someone with limited experience could possibly fix it?

If the board is bricked, follow the steps outlined in the post (this one in particular) from lower down. Knowing how to solder and having a steady hand would let you attempt to replace the controller on the underside of the keyboard's PCB.
