Question Kernel-Power 41 Issue Related to Task Category (63)
My concern is whether anyone can assist me.
I’m about to provide a complete overview of everything, so please stay with me and offer any guidance you might have, as I really need some help.
About a month ago, my computer began experiencing the kernel power error, and I was unable to resolve the problem. I updated the drivers, removed Windows, deleted several applications, performed numerous stress tests, but still couldn’t find a solution. I purchased this PC from Xidax.com. I’m unsure how to share my specifications or locate them on my machine, but it’s a high-end system. The motherboard is the X-6 ROG Crosshair X870E Hero, and the graphics card is an Nvidia RTX 5090 with 16 TB of storage.
I went all out because this was my last PC to buy for a long time. Eventually, I sent it back to Xidax, who confirmed there were no issues but updated my drivers and BIOS during that process. However, since I had already done that before sending it back, it confused me. After receiving the PC again, it functioned perfectly—no crashes or problems.
Until the start of this week, it started crashing again, repeating the same error, and I went through all the steps I’d previously taken without success.
Please forgive me if I haven’t given a more detailed account of my problem; I’m just exhausted from this issue.
I invested a lot of money in this and feel quite disappointed having to deal with it.

First time handling Minidump files? Sorry, others often post them in other threads.
Hi this question is for Lutfij do you think the problem here is related to the PSU? This is a very high end PC. I am asking for your professional opinion. You are very good with resolving power related issues. Thank you. Your advice has helped me with my PC power issues. I am not qualified to give help or diagnostics on such a high end PC. It is my opinion that with your expertise and experience you can help this person to resolve their issues. Your advice is greatly appreciated.
