Question It's Steam's Winter Sale Once More
Has anyone taken the time to review and understand what is included?
Steam Store
Steam is the top place for playing, talking, and making games.

I'm searching for that hidden gem among all the AAA titles. Feel free to share what you've discovered.
It's quite a coincidence. I was just checking out the STEAM's page and found the Winter sale section. I'm considering getting these games, but I haven't made up my mind yet.
sadly, i can't play FPS games. i experience severe motion sickness very quickly during them.
i enjoy 3rd person adventure games but don't really want to spend hours just trying not to die from the weather. i know this is common but it doesn't really appeal to me.
my top choice is probably hack n slash games. i loved darksiders and games like that. i really enjoy the button mashing and the intense combo kills.
i also still like my old RTS games, but it seems like nothing new is coming to refresh the experience. the Dawn of War series was great, and Command & Conquer was also enjoyable.
You might have enjoyed playing games like Devil May Cry, Bayonetta, NIOH, Sekiro, and the Dynasty Warriors series. A game that stands out to me is Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. It's a really solid hack n slash title.
Btw, I'm interested in buying
Mass Effect: Andromeda
PC game since it has discount right now, a whopping 84%. Shall I grab this title ? What do you guys think ? Worth playing ?
I have never played Andromeda before though. ME1, ME2, ME3 are pretty much in my game library, and I have already beaten them. When it comes to Andromeda, I'm getting mixed reviews/feedback on this game. I think the devs changed the core ME gameplay formula as well ?
I received 1,2 and 3 for free a month ago but haven’t tried them yet. I considered this one too to collect everything in my library.
I own the base game Dragon Age Inquisition and there’s a great bundle with all the DLC included, all for under $10.
Maybe I’ll just grab it because of that.
A few reviews I read about Andromeda say the combat feels different with a more agile character, though no one called it game-breaking—just distinct from the first three.
I have only played Just Cause 2 and 3. Read somewhere JC 4 is not that good of a game, and the keyboard bindings are a mess, and some keys cannot be assigned to other functions, lol. Even some of the keyboard binding keys share the same function, and conflict each other.
I'm not sure whether the latest patch gives us the ability to
remap
some of the keys as well. Else, I'm not touching this unoptimized game. Even some QUEST scripts are broken/buggy, which breaks the gameplay progression.
Maybe the game's story and the setting is pretty good, but these tech issues break the immersion. It's a shame that game developers these days release unfinished titles.
